CELL
INTRODUCTION : A cell is a basic , living structure and function unit of body enclosed by a membrane. there are about 200 different types of cells in our body.
PARTS OF A CELLS.
01.Plasma membrane. If forms outer flexible surface of the cells that separates its internal environment from the external environment.
02. Cytoplasm: It consists of all cellular contents between the plasma membrane and the nucleus.
(a) Cytosol: It is the fluid portion of cytoplasm, contains wate, dissolved solutes and suspended particle.
(b) Organelles: They are surrounded by cytosol. Each types of organelles has a characteristic shape and specific functions.
03. Nucleus: The. Largest organelle contains most of cellular DNA. A single molecules of DNA is associated with several proteins to form chromosome which contains thousands of hereditary units called genes.
